Pilates is for all age groups, regardless of current physical condition. Pilates can be enjoyed by everyone regardless of age, gender, current fitness condition as each exercise can be adapted to the needs of learners.

Participants with problems in the spine, joints and those that have neglected exercise for a longer time period, Pilates can be part of their rehabilitation. Pilates is one of the best exercise programs for targeted body shaping. Pilates is good for everyone who wants to feel better.

What will you achieve by practicing Pilates?

Unlike other strength training where strengthening the muscles is the only goal, Pilates activates both surface and deep muscles which strengthens muscles and stretches the muscles of both groups. Using a variety of muscle contraction at the same time Pilates strengthens the muscles around the joints and by this impacting on the stability of the center of the body. Practicing Pilates you are constantly changing and improving your body. With the reduction of back pain you'll feel better, reduce stress, relieve tension and increase your work capacity. First results are noticeable after only one month of training if you train 2 to 3 times a week. You willstrengthen muscle tone, improve strength, flexibility and balance of your body and strengthen the muscles responsible for posture. Indirect impact of practicing Pilates is reduction of body fat by acting on increased overall muscle tone.

Practicing Pilates primarily impacts:

Clothing for Pilates should be comfortable and relaxed, and it is desirable not to be too wide to make the instructor had more control over students. Pilates is exercised in stockings or dance shoes.
